And I Know, written by Stephanie Erdel, was originally recorded as a demo in 2009. This 2025 release was brought to life by producer Peter Kuperschmid (Joan Jett, Zebra, Miley Cyrus, Dolly Parton). And I Know tells the story of friendship turned to unrequited love and the toll it takes on the friendship and the marriage, causing the lover to consider leaving it all behind.
